2. Title Company Buy and Sell
Most title companies are locally owned. The buy closing and the resale closing is employeeing people in the local marketplace that helps the trickle down effect in the entire community. As these companies make money they spend more money and that helps others companies make money.
The Truth is that Markets go down and Markets go up. I just want the markets to move, because movement creates opportunity<--->
